Halynne is leading the merchant operations team of iShopChangi, Changi Airport's e-commerce arm. She finds it fulfilling to transform the challenges of COVID-19 into opportunities for the company. In her spare time, she enjoys mentoring youths and advocating for female empowerment.

Shermin was a sales engineer who found herself thrown into a whirlwind of unplanned pregnancy and retrenchment during COVID-19. Through her resilience and resourcefulness, she eventually emerged stronger from the storm with new found opportunities. Clara is currently a Senior Teacher at Write Edge. After graduating from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Mass Communication, she worked as a journalist, then a research writer for a media company. Following that, she pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in English Literature at Nanyang Technological University. During her final semester in 2019, Clara embarked on her job search and applied for jobs at numerous companies. When Write Edge offered her the role of Senior Teacher, she deliberated over whether she should wait for other opportunities. At this present moment in the midst of COVID-19, while the other companies that she applied for have been retrenching staff, she is grateful that she made the decision to accept Write Edge's offer.
